Our faculty and staff are the heart of MSNV. They are thoughtful, experienced educators and professionals who bring care, curiosity, and deep respect for children to their work each day. United by a shared commitment to Montessori principles and to one another, they create a learning environment where children feel known, supported, and inspired to grow.

MSNV is intentionally staffed by people who are engaged in their work and invested in our community. Many of our teachers build long-term careers here, contributing to the continuity and stability that are so important in a child’s education. Families benefit from this consistency, as well as from the strong relationships and open communication we encourage between home and school.
